Your order will ship the same day if order is placed by 2:00 PM CST. Customer will be notified of any item not in stock within one business day. Please supply your e-mail address at checkout.

* A $50.00 FedEx fee is surcharged for all extreme oversize packages including Plexifairing/Plexistar Fairings N8101, N8202-01, N8262-01, N8332-01, N8352-01, N8372-01, N8413-01, N8513-01, N8613-01, N8693-01, N8803-01, N8843-01, N8863-01, N8963-01, N8963A-01, and all UTV front and rear Windscreens.
We have temporarily changed our shipping policies for International Shipments. Until further notice, we are shipping International orders via UPS. This provides us the opportunity to track the shipment door to door. With USPS, once the package leaves US borders, it is no longer able to be tracked.
For orders receiving during normal business hours 8 am to 5 pm CST, you will be e-mailed a UPS quote** within the same business day. For orders received after hours, you will receive the quote the morning of the following business day. We request that you respond within 48 hours after receiving our e-mailed quote.
If you prefer to have your package shipped via USPS, we will not be responsible for lost packages or extended delivery times. We currently are experiencing 30-40 day delivery times as well as lost packages.
** Shipping cost does not include customs or duties you may be charged.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, call 877-WSCREEN (877-972-7336) to speak to one of our Sales Reps. All returns are subject to inspection and restocking fee. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for the return freight cost. We suggest you use the original packaging, or similar packaging, in order to ensure the product is not damaged. You will be notified of the disposition once the product is received and inspected.
