National Cycle/ZTechnik Shipping and Return Policy

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are no longer using USPS as a primary carrier for domestic or International shipments.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

FREE* UPS ground shipping with any order of $100.00 or more.

Orders up to $99.99 will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 for ground shipping.

USPS is currently used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and for oversized packages (a fee is charged for oversize packages – see footnotes* below).

Express shipping is available. Please contact National Cycle Customer Service.

Your order will ship the same day if order is placed by 2:00 PM CST. Customer will be notified of any item not in stock within one business day. Please supply your e-mail address at checkout.

* A $30.00 fee is charged for all oversize packages including Gold Wing Windscreens N20012, N20012A, N20014, N20031, N20032, ZTechnik Windscreens Z2403, Z2450, Z2461, Z2462, and Cruiseliner Saddlebags N1100, N1101, N1102, N1103.

* A $50.00 fee is charged for all extreme oversize packages including Plexifairing and Plexistar fairings N8101, N8202-01, N8262-01, N8332-01, N8352-01, N8372-01, N8413-01, N8513-01, N8613-01, N8693-01, N8803-01, N8843-01, N8863-01, N8873-01, N8963-01, N8963A-01.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We have temporarily changed our shipping policies for International Shipments. Until further notice, we are shipping International orders via UPS. This provides us the opportunity to track the shipment door to door. With USPS, once the package leaves US borders, it is no longer able to be tracked.

For orders receiving during normal business hours 8 am to 5 pm CST, you will be e-mailed a UPS quote** within the same business day. For orders received after hours, you will receive the quote the morning of the following business day. We request that you respond within 48 hours after receiving our e-mailed quote.

If you prefer to have your package shipped via USPS, we will not be responsible for lost packages or extended delivery times. We currently are experiencing 30-40 days as well as lost packages.

** Shipping cost does not include customs or duties you may be charged.

 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, call 877-WSCREEN (877-972-7336) to speak to one of our Sales Reps. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
