National Cycle Inc manufactures and supplies their premium brands of motorcycle accessories to global aftermarket distributors worldwide. Our OEM division is a Tier one supplier to over 35 manufacturers worldwide.

We have been developing game-changing products for over 87 years and are looking for a key player to work within our Aftermarket Division.

Within this role you will gain experience into many aspects of sales and promotion. Direct customer contact; Constant Contact promotions; Order processing; troubleshooting customer complaints and questions. Mechanical skills are necessary to test and fit our products to the latest motorcycles and maintain the product fitment database. The candidate will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of loaner units using company equipment.

Essential Functions:

Moderate to heavy phone volume
Assist customers in recommendations of products, applications of products, and parts requirements
Take orders by telephone and through web site
Investigate and resolve customer complaints via phone or e-mail
Manage fitment charts for both database and website
Assist in social media content / posting and email campaigns
Complete necessary internal paperwork to process complaints or returns
Fitting accessories to motorcycles
Packing for trade shows and events
Preparing motorcycles for photoshoots and assisting on set

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Computer proficiency required with Windows 10 & Office 365 (primarily Excel and Word)
Strong interpersonal and phone skills
Self-Starter
Knowledge of motorcycle brands and models.
Able to handle sensitive company materials in a confidential manner
Mechanical aptitude to deal with motorcycle products and parts
Driving and backing up a 2500HD pickup with an 20ft enclosed trailer
Trailer loading and securing/tie-down motorcycle experience

Education and/or Required Experience:

High School education or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude

This is a salaried position that reports directly to the Sales Manager.

National Cycle is a privately owned company that develops and manufactures motorcycle accessories such as windshields, windshield mounts, luggage racks, engine guards, light bars, etc. for both OE Manufacturers and the aftermarket. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about motorcycles and is a licensed rider.

National Cycle’s New Side Guards for the 2018-23 Yamaha® MT-07

Maywood, IL -- Joining National Cycle’s line of VStream® Windscreens and P9305 Luggage Rack for the 2018-23 Yamaha MT-07 is the new P4202 Side Guard kit. This rugged and superbly designed accessory provides excellent all-day/every-day protection for the motorcycle.

The P4202 Side Guards attach to the bike's frame and motor mounts, making it as stiff and rigid as can be. Constructed from 1.00" (24mm) steel tubing, they are finished with an e-coat and a black powdercoat. Integrated accessory brackets let the rider mount supplemental lighting, footpegs for cruising, or anything else they can imagine.
